Returns should be in their original packaging with no signs of use. It can take up to seven days to process your request, and the funds will be reimbursed into the account that you used to make the purchase.

Hi there
I am looking at saddles and was wondering what your returns policy is?
As I’m sure you would agree, saddles are not only personal but also very expensive. I’ve tested a number of saddles now without much success and as few women’s saddles are in stock there are limited choices available. You guys seem to have a few more options including the fizik tritone which I’m certainly keen to try.
