"I've really been tuning in to how I feel every single day and then mixing up my training. So if I'm not feeling overly enthusiastic or feeling tired / had a bad sleep, then I'm choosing an option like yoga or Pilates, but if I feel like I've got heaps of energy, I'm finding something online that's quite cardio-focused and strength and hardcore.
"It's really important to enjoy the movement that you are doing and really come from a place of love when you're doing it, rather than a fear of thinking you need to do it."
