And find out why Reebok chose Cardi B as the next face of the global brand.
When artist Cardi B went onto her Instagram account to rant about her dramatic feud with fellow female rapper Nicki Minaj, she also mentioned her dream future collaborations. We now know the truth. As well as her collaboration with Fashion Nova in a few weeks' time, it has just been announced that Cardi B is working with Reebok Classics on a fashion collaboration.
In celebration of the partnership, the global footwear and apparel brand Reebok and the 26-year-old rapper took to their respective social media accounts to express their excitement over the news.
Cardi B is pictured below in a black and white jumpsuit, paired with the newly launched Reebok Aztreks. The Aztrek sneakers were first released in 1993 but have since been re-launched as part of a resurgence in the popularity of 90s fashion trends. You will be able to get them in several different colours and variations.

Reebok has explained the choice of Cardi B as the next face of the brand, commending her on her strength to not conform to the standards of society. The brand describes her as "a mother, a style icon, a pop culture magnet and, above all else, a fearless individual."
"She's broken every mould that superstars are supposed to fit into, and she's reached the top by following nobody's path but her own."
The collab is not limited to sneakers, either. We can expect to see apparel and accessories on the list too. While there is no news yet on what the products will look like or how much they will cost, it's safe to say that the sneakers will embody the personality of the culture queen herself.
Red bottoms anyone?
With Cardi B as the new face of the brand, we are prepared for some pretty interesting designs, with crazy colours and patterns and maybe an outrageous slogan or two.
