How do I claim?

If you’re involved in an incident that may lead to a claim, you must take all reasonable steps to prevent or reduce loss or damage. You must also report the loss or incident to the police immediately where necessary, and you should then report the incident as soon as possible by phoning the insurer’s claims team on 1300 00 33 03.

You must never admit guilt or liability without the insurer’s consent, or offer to pay any damages arising from the event. Failing to comply with these terms could lead to your claim being reduced or even refused.
