It offers contracted airline operations, aircraft modification and maintenance services, ground services, and other support services. In addition, it offers equipment installation and maintenance, vehicle maintenance and repair, and jet fuel and deicing services, as well as flight crews training; and resells and brokers aircraft parts. The company offer its services to delivery companies, air transportation, air express integrators, airlines and governmental agencies, e-commerce, package delivery, freight forwarders, and logistics industries. As of December 31, 2020, its in-service aircraft fleet consisted of 100 owned aircraft and 6 leased aircraft. The company, formerly known as ABX Holdings, Inc., was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio.
