Budget Bali flights from $196 return with Jetstar

Treat yourself to an overseas vacation for a fraction of the price.

Budget carrier Jetstar is running a sale on flights to Bali with fares starting at $196 return. For a very limited time, you can pay to go and return for free saving you a stack off full-priced fares. How good is that?

You'll have to fly out of Cairns to score this airfare though flights out of other cities aren't too far behind with Adelaide to Bali fares starting at $266, Sydney to Bali from $296 and Melbourne to Bali from $316.

Travel is for very select dates between 12 February and 27 March 2019 and as Jetstar is a budget airline, prices don't include in-flight meals, checked luggage or in-flight entertainment, though these can be added on for a fee.

Flights are on sale until midnight tonight (2 May). Get in quick before someone else does by visiting Skyscanner.

How good are these fares?

Travel dates are during Bali’s wet season but it’s good to know that monsoon refers to heavy winds, not the rain. In this tropical paradise, it is still highly likely to find sun for a good part of the day.

Price-wise, these are certainly some of the cheapest prices we’ve seen to Bali. We have seen prices drop as low as $152 for Cairns to Bali and $259 for Sydney to Bali but sale prices are usually closer to the $300 mark.
