These Regency era looks doth slap.

We're only a few weeks into the new year and I think we can agree that Netflix's original series Bridgerton has already won 2021. As well as the juicy plot and impeccable casting (note: Regé-Jean Page), the costumes are to die for. Since the show dropped on Christmas Day, "Regencycore" fashion and interiors have been flooding Instagram feeds and Pinterest boards.

After wearing nothing but PJs and loungewear for the last year we are all for this aristocratic glamour and it's the perfect excuse to dress up (even if you're staying in).

So, whether you're prancing along the promenade or dolling up for your next Zoom call, here are our fave Bridgerton-inspired trends and where you can shop them right now.

1. Empire line and square necklines

From everyday frocks to opulent ball gowns, empire line dresses were the silhouette of the summer season in Bridgerton. Empire line dresses are a little tricky to find, but we wouldn't be surprised if we see these popping up everywhere come spring. Until then, you can pull off the look with square necklines, seams under the bust and a cute puffed sleeve.

Nothing says "come hither" like a corset. You can wear yours under a blazer for a cute date night look or over a tee to dress it down.

4. Fascinators and headbands

Headbands made a big comeback in 2020 and it looks like they're sticking around a little longer. Velvet, braided and pearl headbands are our top picks for major Bridgerton vibes. Feeling extra? Top off the look with a feathered or floral fascinator instead.

5. Dramatic sleeves and collars

Bring out your inner big brother Bridgerton with a blouse that boasts ruffled sleeves or a high collar. Pair it with jeans or a mini skirt and boots to dress up any look.

6. Vibrant florals

Florals in a period drama? Groundbreaking. But we're not just talking soft pastels here. Ditch the neutrals and look for floral prints in periwinkle blue, acid green, hot pink, sunflower yellow and tangerine for a modern twist.
