      Hello Dawn,

      Thank you for your inquiry.

Please be informed that this is finder.com.au, an Australian comparison website and we offer general advice.

Generally, return items are qualified as long as they are not altered, remains intact and shipped back within stipulated time. However, return shipping fees may be shouldered by the client. Return policy varies per merchant, hence we would recommend that you get in touch with them directly to get instructions how. Usually, this is also available on their FAQs page, so it is worth checking their respective websites before calling.

      Hope this helps.

      Cheers,
      Jonathan
