All items are shipped from Brand House Direct’s warehouse in Melbourne with Australia Post. Standard shipping costs $9.95 to all Australian addresses and will take 1–8 business days. Express shipping is also available on some items at a cost of $12. Shipping costs can be combined on multiple purchases and are capped at $15 within Australia. When you make your purchase you will receive a tracking number so you can keep up to date with your packages progress.

How do I return items to Brand House Direct?
If you want to return an item to Brand House Direct you will need to contact the company using the form available on the website for authorisation. If you would like to exchange your item the replacement postage will be paid for by Brand House Direct.

Unfortunately Brand House do not have physical stores where you can try on the products. However, they do have an excellent return policy so if you have ordered the wrong size, you can return the shoes without a hassle.
