With only days to go until one of the biggest shopping events of the year, consumers are already comparing stores to decide just where to splash their hard-earned cash.
If you were hoping to track down a tech or appliance deal, Bing Lee is shaping up to be a top spot to shop. The retailer has just dropped a first look at its Sale of the Year, which is set to kick off online from 12:01am (AEST) Friday 25 December and in-store from 26 December.
The sales event will span everything from the latest tech gadgets, to whitegoods and fitness accessories, and will also include offers from big-name brands such as Dyson and Breville.

If you're in the market for a new TV, this 70-inch Hisense model will be going for just $1,085 during the sales period. The TV usually retails for $1,695, which is a saving of $610.

Start stocking up on essential supplies for the new school year with $300 off this versatile ASUS laptop. Usually $1,299, the laptop will be down to just $999.
