BotXcoin is a decentralised copy trading platform built on the Ethereum blockchain. Copy trading is a branch of social trading where less experienced traders can follow and copy experienced traders. The trades that experienced traders make can be automatically copied. Through its platform, BotXcoin seeks to make it easier for crypto users to participate in the cryptocurrency trading market. The idea is that if it is easier to trade crypto, more users will be likely to adopt the crypto space. According to the whitepaper, copy trading that utilises blockchain technology should be safer as there is no need for third parties interfering. BotXcoin is also the name given to the platform’s native cryptocurrency, sometimes referred to as BOTX. The token was developed using the ERC20 token standard. The token will be used to reward experienced traders and collect fees from traders that wish to copy. Fees will come in the form of a subscription plan and transaction commission fees. The latter is not paid by users.
