5 early Black Friday travel deals that save you up to 75% on your next trip
Oaks, Booking.com, Groupon and Flight Centre are some of the bigwigs that have jumped the gun on Black Friday.
Black Friday isn't for another week but some travel brands have already pipped the event to the post and released their deals.
Holidays, hotels, experiences and activities have been marked down by up to 75% and we're all for it.
If you don't want the stress of actual Black Friday or want to book your trip ASAP, this is the time to do it.
We've rounded up the best of the early Black Friday deals for you to shake your credit card at.
Booking.com: 30%+ off accommodation and up to 25% off car hire
Organising a road trip? Scoot on over to Booking.com and you can book everything you need at a bargain basement price.

- Why do we love this sale? Eligible travel dates are across the whole of 2023. That's great for forward planners.
- When do I need to book? This sale runs from 17 November to 1 December 2022 (accommodation) and from 24 November to 1 December (car hires).
Groupon: Up to 75% off experiences and getaways
Groupon started its Black Friday sales in early November, sporting up to 75% off a bunch of categories.
As far as experiences go, there's up to 42% off Event Cinema tickets, 35% off VR flight experiences at iFly Indoor Skydiving and 52% off comedy club tickets.
For those itching to get out, there's up to 53% bookings at The Miller Hotel in North Sydney (summer holiday dates are still available), 3-night stays in Phuket from $109 for 2 people, 12-day Vietnam getaways from $999 per person and 3-night hotel stays in Bali from $126 for 2 people.
- Why do we love this sale? On top of huge discounts, we love the variety of getaways and experiences Groupon gives us to choose from.
- When do I need to book? There's no specific end date but most deals are limited in number so you need to get in quickly.
Oaks: Up to 30% off stays
The Oaks brand of hotels, resorts and suites is never one to shy away from a sales event. It's taking up to 30% off stays at its Australian and New Zealand properties. You'll need to stay for 2 or more nights between 1 January and 30 June 2023 to snap up this discount.
- Why do we love this sale? Getting up to 30% off is a big chunk of dollars saved. Plus, you can travel during the school holidays throughout January. That's a bonus for families.
- When do I need to book? The sale runs from 10am AEDT Thursday 17 November to 4pm AEDT Tuesday 29 November.
G Adventures: Up to 30% off tours
Once again G Adventures has dropped its Black Friday sale early. Score up to 30% off select trips worldwide when you travel by 30 April 2023.
That lets you make the most of the Christmas break or the Easter long weekend. But if it's too early for you to get out and explore, you can still catch 10% off select trips for travel from 1 May to 30 June 2023.
- Why do we love this sale? You're getting up to 30% off your holiday, the chance to travel during peak season and a flexible booking policy.
- When do I need to book? This sale ends 30 November at 11:59pm EST.
Flight Centre: Up to 50% off cruises, 30% off tours and 52% off holidays
Flight Centre used to host an early sale called Red Thursday the day before Black Friday.
Not anymore! This year, Flight Centre starts a week early. To kick things off, there's up to half off cruises, up to 30% off tours and up to 52% off holidays with a bunch of Captain's Online Packs with hundreds of dollars in bonus value.

- When do I need to book? Each deal has a different end date but the official Flight Centre Black Friday sale ends on 29 November.

Heaps of brands are putting up sales in the lead-up to Black Friday. Here's a list of who else to keep an eye out for and when their sales are planned to drop:

- Get Your Guide: Get up to 50% off experiences. Sale runs on 22–28 November 2022.

- Webjet: Take $200 off holiday packages worldwide when you book from 8 to 30 November 2022.
