Returns, exchanges and refunds for David Jones
Returns and exchanges are eligible on all purchases as long as any unwanted item is returned within 60 days of receipt. All products must be returned in their original unopened condition complete with all manufacturer-issued packaging and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. You also have the option to process a free of charge return in-store.
