Returns, exchanges and refunds for City Beach
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase provided that items remain in their original, unworn condition with tags intact.
Any returns shipping costs incurred will need to be covered by you. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: Some exclusions do apply. Face masks are non-returnable. Swimwear and underwear can only be returned where the hygiene strip remains in place. Earrings and pierced jewellery products can only be returned if they have arrived damaged or incorrect.
