Whether you're buying gifts for Xmas or just looking for a bargain, Black Friday has huge PS4 and PS5 game deals in Australia you should definitely take advantage of.
With the PlayStation 5 going on sale earlier this month and selling out almost straight away, the question is whether there will be any PS5 Black Friday sales. Unfortunately, if you're after hardware, the answer to that is "no".
However, Black Friday is always a great way to save on games, and this year there are both PS5 and PS4 games available at massively discounted prices. We've rounded up our picks for the best PS4 and PS5 game discounts below.
Best PS5 game Black Friday 2020 savings
- The pickings here are relatively slim, as there just aren't too many games to choose from yet. But Amazon has still managed to bring some great discounts to the table. The first is Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition, which has an RRP of $124.95, but is available on Black Friday for just $98, which is a 22% saving. The delivery date is the middle of next week.
- Even bigger on the discount front is Watch Dogs: Legion. This PS5 launch title has been reduced at Amazon to $59, down from its $99.95 RRP. That's a 41% discount.
- Call of Duty: Cold War was always going to sell like hotcakes, but now that Amazon has cut the price to $94, down from $119.95 RRP, we expect it's going to sell even faster.
- Assassin's Creed Valhalla is also discounted for PS5 at Amazon, Amazon of a launch title for your shiny new PS5.

- Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding is an experience like no other, and it's massively discounted to just $19.
- The critically acclaimed Ghost of Tsushima, which came out in July, has been reduced to $59 from $99.95 at Amazon.
- The remake of the PSOne classic, Final Fantasy VII Remastered is half price for Black Friday, costing $49 (where it was previously $99.95).
- You can get your rally car racing fix with Dirt 5 for just $68 (down from $99.95).
- The Force will be with you if you pick up this year's Star Wars Squadrons for just $29, which comes with the additional benefit of knowing it will get upgraded for your PS5 as well.
- Kick plenty of goals with your deal hunting and with your digital boot by picking up FIFA 21 for $38 (down from $99.95).
- Crash Bandicoot 4 may be about time, but today it's about being a great deal too, at just $59 rather than the $99.95 RRP.
- Destroy All Humans! is down to just $39 (was $69.95), making it the perfect stocking stuffer.
- If you've ever wanted to be a shark, Maneater is just $39.
- It's a little over a year old now, but Star Wars Jedi - Fallen Order has never been a bigger bargain that the $29 asking price it has during Black Friday.
- Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered is just $38.
- $50 for the latest iteration of the annual NFL game, Madden NFL 21 is an absolute bargain.
- Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint will set you back $59 rather than the full price of $99.95
- Minecraft Dungeons - Hero Edition is a great option for the kids, and is yours for just $25.42.
- Play out your ambition of conquering the octagon with UFC 4 for $50.
- Ready the tissues and turn down the lights to discover what happened to Ellie and Joel in The Last of Us Part II, after you pick it up for $59.
- Assemble not just the best lot of savings, but also the Avengers when you grab Marvel's Avengers for $44 (down from $99.95).
- Rediscover your love of skateboarding (on a PlayStation) with Tony Hawk 1 + 2 for $39.
