How to get Bitter Lace Beauty’s Halloween highlighters in Australia
Remember the rainbow highlighter that we all went nuts over earlier in the year? Now creator Bitter Lace Beauty is back with some spookier products.
With Halloween coming up quickly, Bitter Lace Beauty has designed five brand new highlighters in five new eerie shades. You're likely to be just as obsessed with these Halloween-inspired shades as the Kailijumei lipsticks or the Tarte unicorn makeup brushes.
A sneak peek of the first shade was first announced and posted to Instagram a week ago with teasing caption:"We can't wait to show you rest of the collection." The last few days saw the rest of the shades were also posted to Instagram and they're all just as gorgeous as the original rainbow "Prism" highlighter.
The five shades each have its own spooky name: Hocus Pocus which is a splotchy purple, green and orange shade; The Next Supreme which is a blue-grey colour; Candy Corn is a paneled yellow, white and orange palette; Slay is a shimmering white with spots of blood red; and I Put A Spell On You is a stunning silvery liquid shade.
Just this morning, Bitter Lace Beauty took to Instagram again to announce the official release date of these ghostly makeup must-haves. The collection will go on sale at 3pm Saturday 1 October - which for us Aussies is a tricky time. Our clocks will be pushed forward 1 hour that night for daylight saving so the on-sale-time will be 6am Sunday 2 October AEDT. For anyone looking to purchase these highlighters, they are expected to sell out fast so you probably will have to get up at 6am if you're hoping to get your hands on one.
The powder shades are retailing for US$28 (AUD$36.70) and the liquid shade will be US$30 (AUD$39.40) but you can pick up the set of five for US$132 (AUD$173.30). Australian sellers will also have to pay for shipping from the American retailer which is US$14.99 (AUD$19.68). Head to the Bitter Lace Beauty site here or the Bitter Lace Beauty Etsy store to purchase your spooky highlighters.
Stay tuned for more details as they come out and scroll down to see the Halloween-inspired shades.
