What's the right speed for my household?

The decision on which plan you need typically comes down to speed. As a good rule of thumb, the more people and devices you have, the more speed you'll want.

If you need a basic NBN connection, an NBN 12 plan may suffice for some social media and emails.

If you want to do anything beyond basic Internet like streaming for example, you're better off with an NBN 25 plan or faster.

For multiple users, consider an NBN 50 plan. NBN 100 plans are ideal for families or larger households with lots of connected devices.

None of these take your fancy? Compare NBN plans and filter to a price and speed that meets your needs.
