|True Detective Season 2||Season 2 of this revered series started off on the wrong foot with a misguided stab at the clever dialogue that made the original True Detective so good. If you gave up early, then now’s your time to get back into it because if you push through those first few episodes you’ll find the story becomes much easier to follow.|
|True Detective||On the other hand, if you straight up refuse to give Season 2 of True Detective a chance, you can always revisit the stellar first season with the enigmatic Rust Cohle (Mcconaughey) and everyman Martin Hart (Woody Harrelson) on Foxtel Play.|
|Fear The Walking Dead||Fear The Walking Dead is a fresh take on The Walking Dead universe and is set three months before Rick Grimes awakens from his coma – the very beginning of the zombie apocalypse. |The Walking Dead||….but if it is intensity you’re after, then catch the entire original series of The Walking Dead. From the CDC and Hershel’s Farm to the prison, Foxtel has every season available thanks to their Boxsets channel. Once you’re finished the first five seasons of The Walking Dead you’ll have plenty of Fear The Walking Dead to binge.|
|Ray Donovan||Ray Donovan might not look like much from the outside but this Showtime original is actually a riveting action series that captures some classic L.A noir. When his father (Jon Voight) is released from prison, his estranged family come back to haunt him.|
|Peaky Blinders||Underbelly, Chopper and Ned Kelly are all evidence for the Australian affection for (preferably true) gangster stories and Peaky Blinders should be no exception. This British historical drama about a family of gangsters who stitch razor blades into the brims of their flat caps has received rave reviews and features the likes of Sam Neill, Cillian Murphy and Tom Hardy.|
|Penny Dreadful||This gothic horror was one of 2014’s best new arrivals and it can only be found on Foxtel. Penny Dreadful gets its name from the pulp 19th century publications it also raids for a large roster of fictional characters, including Dorian Grey, Dr Frankenstein and Mina Harke.|
|Hannibal||After a bumpy ride through its beloved three seasons Hannibal has sadly been canned. Though there is talks of a feature film on the way, the series is all but done. In case you missed Mads Mikkelsen as the titular cannibal, get a taste of it on Foxtel Play today.|
|From Dusk Till Dawn: The TV Series||You know Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino’s horror classic – now explore the expanded universe of the Gecko Brothers, the Fuller family and the supernatural strip club they find themselves in.
