Apple iPhone 8 (64GB) $989iphone-8

While early indications are that iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus sales have been soft while folks wait for the launch of the iPhone X, those waiting buyers must have serious stacks of cash on hand. Apple's iPhone 8 runs the same processor as the iPhone X in a handset that is close to the same size, and Kogan is selling it at a discount this week.

Samsung Galaxy S8+ (64GB) $989samsung galaxy s8 plus

Samsung's Galaxy S8+ has been slightly overshadowed by the Galaxy Note 8, but if you don't need the stylus or dual camera, it's an excellent option with a powerhouse processor and the best battery life we've ever recorded for an Android handset. The problem is that, like so many other premium phones, it's a bit pricey. Kogan's current deal on the Galaxy S8+ drops it a hefty $360 down to just $989.

Sony Xperia XZ Premium (64GB) $829sony-xperia-xz-premium

Sony's Xperia XZ Premium offers a truly superb single-camera experience, highlighted by its near-magical 960fps slow-motion video capability. However, that's not its only party piece given the Snapdragon 835 on board for plenty of processing grunt and a superb 4K display for crisp visuals. Kogan's deal on the Xperia XZ Premium puts this large-screen phone in your pocket at $270 less than regular retail pricing, making it a top deal.
