Benefits of BankSA Amplify Platinum

  • Bonus points. Earn 50,000 bonus Amplify Points each year for the first 2 years when you spend $6,000 on eligible purchases over the course of the year for a total of 100,000 bonus Amplify Points. Points are credited to your account within 12 weeks of the spend requirement being met.
  • Balance transfer offer. You can pay your debt with a 0% interest rate for 6 months on balance transfers when you apply for a new card by 22 May 2019. The rate then reverts to the variable cash advance rate of 20.24% p.a. after the promotional period. Note that you cannot transfer debt from St.George, BankSA or Bank of Melbourne cards.
  • Amplify rewards. You'll earn 1 Amplify Point for each eligible dollar spent, uncapped. You can also enjoy bonus Amplify rewards courtesy of the Amplify Rewards Bonus Partners.
  • Redeeming points. Redeem your accumulated points for a wide range of products including flights. You get both domestic and international flights through Amplify Travel, gift cards, vouchers and other rewards. You also have the option to convert Amplify points to Velocity, Enrich or KrisFlyer.

  • Annual fee. Outside of any promotions, the BankSA Amplify Platinum charges an annual fee of $99
  • Additional cardholder. You can add 1 additional cardholder to your account without extra charges.
  • Interest rates. The credit card interest rates are as follows: 19.49% p.a. for purchases and 20.24% p.a. for cash advances (variable).
  • Interest-free purchases. Enjoy an interest-free period of up to 55 days on purchases when you pay your closing balance in full by the due date.
  • Credit limits. The minimum credit limit for this card is $6,000, while the maximum credit limit is $80,000.
