Unbeatable sound meets designer aesthetic in this luxe new line.
Following a previous collaborative effort back in 2017, electronics heavyweight Bang & Olufsen has once again teamed up with luxury fashion house Saint Laurent for a limited edition collection that you didn't know you needed (but absolutely do).
The renewed partnership was announced overnight along with the news that the new collection would see the release of two limited edition products – the Beoplay A9 multi-room home speaker and the Beoplay A1 portable speaker.
The Beoplay A9
First up, the Beoplay A9 speaker will get a snazzy update with the addition of solid anodised mirror black aluminium legs and a black Saint Laurent signature featured on the back. The revolutionary speaker allows you total control over volume by simply sliding your hand across its surface. You can also tap it to play and pause music and connect it to other speakers for a multi-room experience.
The speaker also supports Chromecast built in, AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth as well as all your favourite music streaming services, making it a solid investment if you're passionate about your music.
The Beoplay A1
The limited-edition Beoplay A1 will also see a sleek black update, with a high gloss black Saint Laurent logo printed on the aluminium grill and a mirror black anodised aluminium logo tag. Despite being small enough to slip into your bag, the little speaker packs an absolute punch in the sound department.
With ambient 360° sound, the palm-sized speaker will give you a solid blast of bass that will keep the party going wherever you take it. As an added bonus, it's also dust and splash resistant, has Bluetooth capabilities and an in-built speaker. Nifty.
When and where can you shop the collaborative line?
The latest Bang & Olufsen x Saint Laurent line is super exclusive, meaning that you can only shop it from the Saint Laurent site, though a release date is yet to be announced. We suggest keeping a beady eye on the site if you want to get your hands on the line.
In the meantime, you can satisfy your need for new tech and save yourself some serious cash with some huge end of financial year tech deals from big names like Dell, Microsoft and Lenovo.
