These days many schools in Australia require students have a tablet and as a result eBay has seen a spike in tablet purchases of 30% over the last month.
Personalisation is also a massive trend for back to school. eBay has seen a 58% increase in sales of personalised backpacks in the past two weeks.

It’s no surprise that LEGO is one of the hottest items for back to school shopping. In the past two weeks total sales of LEGO products have increased by 28%. From drink bottles to lunch boxes, colouring pencils, stationery organisers and erasers, all kids can go back to school with the latest LEGO accessories.

eBay has recorded a 13% increase in sales on all Trolls-themed back to school products over the last two weeks and it expects this to increase as parents sneak in final shopping in the days leading up to the school term beginning.
