It seems hopping across that ditch is getting cheaper and cheaper these days. Just this week, luxury airline Emirates was selling flights from Brisbane to Auckland for $315 return and now Jetstar has sale seats to Auckland starting at just $201 return.

You'll be flying from Melbourne at these prices though you'll have a wide range of dates to pick from to do so. This includes travel from 31 January - 22 March, 1 May - 3 July and 1 August - 25 September 2018. For the best time to visit, we'd recommend hitting up the city between January and February when the weather is hot and the skies are clear.

Discounted travel is available from cities Australia-wide. For example, Gold Coast to Auckland flights start at $311 return and Sydney to Auckland flights from $372 return. Check out Flight Centre for a full list and to book a flight.

These flights are on limited availability only.
