The 10 biggest movers on the ASX.

The best performing stocks in ASX trading so far today were AGL Energy (AGL, up 8.4%) and Novonix (NVX, up 6.1%).

Biggest movers on the ASX Monday 10 January 2022

AGL Energy (AGL) was the biggest mover on the ASX today.

Shares in the company rose 8.4% to $6.81.

Having announced no price-sensitive information today, AGL's large rise could be attributed to analyst upgrades.

Credit Suisse and JP Morgan both upgraded their price predictions.

Credit Suisse values AGL at $8.50 per share while JP Morgan values it at $7.55.

Morningstar still also think the company is significantly undervalued, rating the shares "fair value" at $11.63.

Another major winner today is Novonix, with shares rising 6.1% to reach $9.92.

The company has executed on its plans to be dual listed.

Following an announcement in May last year that they wanted to list in the US, the company is now a step closer.

The battery material company has filed a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The US listing is expected to take place after the SEC and Nasdaq have completed their review process.
