The USA is home to so many different cuisines state by state, it’s almost doing them a disservice to lump all Americana into one category.
We have our Yankee friends to thank for soft-bun burgers, hot dogs smothered in ketchup and mustard, California-style baja fish tacos, thin crust pizza from Chicago and deep-dish pizza from New York, smokey BBQ ribs of the Deep South, and – of course – bourbon.
