Launched to compete with Nvidia's GTX 1050 in mid-April 2017, the AMD Radeon RX 560 2GB is a strong competitor in the sub-AUD$200 price bracket of latest generation graphics cards.

Compared to its predecessor, the RX 460 2GB, the RX 560 2GB boasts 14% more compute units, up two from 14, and a 7.8% greater standard base clock speed.

Compared to the card's bigger brother, the RX 560 4GB, the RX 560 2GB has quite a few less options to choose from however all of the cards we looked at sported the full 16 compute units, instead of a variation between 14 and 16 which was seen among the 4GB cards.

The performance of the Radeon RX 560 2GB will vary a little from card-to-card depending on the cooling solution and factory overclock put in place by the board partner.
