amaysim offers Galaxy S8 with bonus phone service

Alex Kidman 31 March 2017

Three months free access if you buy a Galaxy S8 through amaysim.

amaysim has announced a deal that will effectively sell a Samsung Galaxy S8 or Samsung Galaxy S8+ to its customers with a bundled SIM that comes with 3 months of renewals on any of its UNLIMITED+ month to month plans.

That’s an extremely sweet deal if you were already considering the Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ as an outright purchase proposition, because what you’re effectively getting is 3 months of free phone service with no strings attached thrown into the deal.

It is a different proposition to other contract offers, though, because you've got to have the $1,199 or $1,349 on hand upfront to pay for the phone, where existing Galaxy S8 contract deals spread that cost over time.

As with any other Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ pre-order, handsets ordered through amaysim will come with the new Gear VR headset and $50 in Oculus store credit as a bonus. According to amaysim, phones shipping from 21 April 2017, identical to other carriers. The deal is available from now through to 28 April 2017.
