Alliance One fees and charges

The Alliance One Visa card has a interest rate of 6.99% p.a. for 6 months (reverts to 12.99% p.a.) This rate is applicable to purchases that are made using the card and balance transfers rate is 6.99% p.a. for 6 months.

Balance transfers are a great way for you to reduce your existing credit card debt as you will be able to transfer your current unpaid balances over to this account and pay your balances off at a much lower rate. This enables you to save a lot of money on interest and it also means that you will be able to pay off your existing outstanding credit card balances a lot faster because you will not have as much interest to pay. More of your payment will go towards your debt - and not to the interest.

The ongoing interest rate is a very good interest rate compared to other credit cards. In addition to these great rates, you will have 55 interest free days, which will give you more time to pay off your purchases so that you will not incur any interest.

In terms of the annual fee, it is very low at only $0 p.a. annual fee for the first year ($15 p.a. thereafter). But, in an attempt to help you save more money, Alliance One is waiving this annual fee for the first year. This is great, as it means that if you make all of your credit card payments on time every month and do not incur any interest, you will essentially have access to a free credit card for the first year - because you will not have anything to pay!

What else does this card offer?

In addition to all of the competitive fees and rates, you will be able to add additional credit cards to your account for no extra charge. There is also emergency credit card replacement available in the event that your credit card gets lost of stolen.

This is a great credit card for people who want to keep their costs down, but who also want to benefit from all of the great benefits that most Visa cards offer their customers.

Is this credit card right for me?

When it comes to finding a credit card, it can be a very tough decision. With the Alliance One Visa card, this decision is made a lot easier. This card is great for people who may not be able to make their payments on time, because of the 55 interest free days and also the great low rates.
