Streetwear fans get ready because UNIQLO and Alexander Wang have teamed up again.
If you were as obsessed with the 2018 Alexander Wang x UNIQLO collaboration as us, then you'll be excited to know that we're be seeing more from this partnership in 2019. Once again, the cult designer and the much-loved high-street brand have teamed up to create a brand new collection of edgy but functional streetwear.
We do know that the collection features UNIQLO's AIRism fabric. Wang himself took to Instagram to post a sneak peek from the collection captioned "Airing Soon". Now that the collection has dropped, we've been able to see the AIRism fabric for ourselves.

This particular collection is less about outerwear and more about underwear. While it's not technically an entire collection of lingerie, the pieces are all simple and designed to be layered - and yes there are a few pieces of minimal Wang style lingerie in the collection.
The 2019 collection bears clear resemblance to the 2018 pieces. In fact, the newer items could almost be considered an extension of the original designs. Sleek and minimal but with Wang's signature edgy cuts, the latest collection include bike shorts, crop tops, tanks for men and women, and tees – all of which will come in a variety of neutral block colours.

Alexander Wang spoke of the new collection, saying: "innovation has always been at the forefront of our design and creative process, and functionality serves a huge purpose in the way I and our customers dress. Therefore, through the influence of innovation, technology and functionality, the special AIRism collection was born."
When and where to buy the Alexander Wang x UNIQLO collaboration
The collection is available now on the US website, although it has yet to make its way down to Australian stores.
Just like the 2018 collection, this latest collection will be available to buy at UNIQLO stores instore and online worldwide. We might just have to wait a little longer to see it in Australia.
