Alpeh.im was founded in 2018 by French-based coder Moshe Malawach. The purpose of the platform is to provide access to a decentralised database across the current ecosystem of blockchains. Although a huge number of exciting projects exist in the crypto sphere, many are limited by a lack of interoperability and reliance on partially-centralised technology. Aleph.im aims to deconstruct these restrictions with its open-source, cross-chain network.
The Apleh.im infrastructure has a suite of potential use-cases. Its decentralised file storage system can be tapped into for clients needing document management, and decentralised exchanges can take advantage of their order book. Websites can be hosted on the Aleph.im cloud, and identity verification processes can be decentralised and private.
