What is Alchemy Pay?

Alchemy Pay is a pioneer gateway payment solution that aims to bridge the gap between the traditional economy and the cryptocurrency market. Having designed the first-ever hybrid crypto-fiat gateway solution, Alchemy Pay enables the creation of a secure and fast payment system where clients and enterprises have the liberty to transact in multiple currencies, be it in local fiat or crypto.

According to the project’s website, the innovative payment system was founded in 2018 and developed primarily for the Asian market. However, millions of people and numerous e-commerce companies now utilise Alchemy Pay, as the platform makes cross-border payments cheaper, more efficient, secure, and private. Beyond facilitating payments, Alchemy Pay also offers access to various decentralised finance (DeFi) products and crypto investments. These services are catered towards new cryptocurrency users and financial veterans alike.

ACH is the native utility token of the protocol. ACH tokens are required by all all large ecosystem participants such as cryptocurrency exchanges, e-Commerce platforms, and payment companies. The amount of ACH tokens “pledged” will determine what DeFi services are accessible. ACH is also used to promote ecosystem incentives and DeFi rewards. Finally, the token is also used to govern the Alchemy Pay protocol. All token holders have the right to vote on development proposals.
