Prepare to go retro with these Miami-inspired kicks.

With the 54th Super Bowl set to take place on 2 February, Nike has once again risen to the occasion and created a new pair of sneakers to honour the event. Taking on the Air Jordan 10 silhouette, the new design celebrates the latest host city of the championship sporting event.

Release date: 31 January

Price: US$190

Where to buy: Nike

The Super Bowl LIV will be taking place in Miami Gardens in Florida, which has inspired the Jordan 10's makeover to a tropical theme.

The style sees a canvas upper printed with palm tree graphics on the overlays in a pink and teal colour scheme. A white foam midsole is meanwhile contrasted by a rubber gum outsole highlighted by pink accents.

The bottom of the sneakers trades in football for basketball, highlighting Michael Jordan's achievements such as "93 MVP/Championship" and "85 Rookie Of Year", along with a teal Jumpman logo.

Peach sock liners, a teal pull tab and a grey Jumpman logo emblazoned on the heel round out the style.

The kicks are set to drop on 31 January in the US, meaning that we will likely see them on the Australian Nike site shortly thereafter. They may also drop into usual stockists like JD Sports and Hype DC, so be sure to keep an eye out.

In other Nike news, the label has recently revealed both an Air Max 90 and Air Force 1 model decked out in spring themes for Easter. Both pairs will be available for sale sometime in April.

The brand has also debuted a new line of kicks that are set to drop in time for Valentine's Day. The pack includes a red and pink pair of Air Max 98s, a heart-inspired Blazer Low and a bold pink and blue Nike Zoom 2K.
