afterpay sales day

It's called Afterpay Day and it's happening this Wednesday.

It's official, Afterpay is launching its very own sale event. Afterpay announced this week that it hit a million customers and to celebrate the brand has created Afterpay Day. It's a sale event allowing the brand's loyal fans to take advantage of a stack of sales and discounts - and pay with Afterpay of course.

The inaugural event will start at midday this Wednesday 30 August and run for 24 hours finishing at midday on Thursday.

Afterpay has teamed up with over 100 of its top retailers to offer savings across the loads of categories like fashion and homewares. Customers can look forward to bargains from Australia’s leading brands – including Country Road, General Pants, Mon Purse and more, with discounts of up to 40 per cent available for the 24-hour window.

For more details, you can head to our Afterpay Day sale page which has all the info and goss on what's happening and who's involved.

Although we haven't seen the final list of participants yet, we'll find out the full list soon. Head to our full list of Afterpay Day participants for all the details as soon as they're announced

A modern day lay-by, Afterpay launched in 2015 and has become an obsession for savvy shoppers everywhere. The service allows you to pay off purchases over four equal instalments (one every two weeks) instead of paying up front. The best part? You still receive all your purchases straight away.
