Refunds, exchanges and returns with Adrenaline

Everybody makes mistakes and Adrenaline accepts returns and exchanges for unused vouchers.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase in accordance with its change of mind policy. The amount will be refunded, minus any postage or delivery costs, and exclude any additional fees paid at time of purchase. This option is only valid on gift vouchers that have been used in whole or part and will be processed back to the original purchaser only.

If 14 days have already elapsed, you are no longer entitled to a refund however you can exchange the voucher for an alternate experience for free.

If your voucher is expiring and you are unable to use it before the expiry date, you can extend it's life for 3 months for a fee of $30.

If your voucher expired less 90 or less days ago, Adrenaline can reactivate it for a fee of $30.

If your voucher expired more than 90 days ago, you forfeit the voucher.
