Why you’re going to want the Adidas Valentine’s Day collection

Adidas is celebrating the holiday of love by revamping the cult Superstar and Stan Smith sneakers.
Valentine's Day is right around the corner and it seems like everyone is joining in the celebrations! Adidas is dropping a V-Day capsule that is set to make your heart melt. The collection from Adidas really focuses on statement sneakers, so we might have been on to something when we said they are right on trend.
The classic Adidas silhouettes are getting all loved up, with a fitting colour palette of white and red. There are four different sneakers on offer in this V-Day capsule, but we can't guarantee all of them will be available to Australians. You might need to use a service like Shopmate if you want to get your hands on some of them!
The sneaker styles are exactly what we would expect from Adidas. The capsule maintains the signature style of Adidas, with an unexpected and unique edge that we love. The cherry red used throughout really pops against the white shoe and it would look great paired with any of your favourite outfits. This is definitely a good buy for any sneaker fanatic.
The re-designed Stan Smiths come in two different colour-ways. They feature a very cute love heart on the side of the shoe, with the iconic three Adidas stripes inside of it. The white shoes have the same material as the standard Stan Smiths, but the sportswear brand did something different with the red pair. They come in a glossy red finish, embodying the Valentine's Day spirit. We are obsessed.
Adidas didn't stop there. The brand dropped another revamped design for the Stan Smith sneaker. The original design with the colour on the heel, now comes in red. The signature styles are the navy blue, white, black and green. But now, you can add this gorgeous red to your collection.
Looking for a change to the old school Superstar sneaker? Adidas have maintained the 3-stripe design but have really made it look unique on this sneaker. The background of the stripes is a cherry red love heart and it really amplifies this statement sneaker.
