The adidas Valentine’s Day 2020 capsule is here – do you need it?

Find out when and where you can get your hands on the new hearty sneaker pack from adidas.
Last year for Valentine's Day, adidas dropped a sneaker pack, revamping some cult styles like the Stan Smith. Everything was coloured in a bold statement red shade and we were obsessed.
What's different in 2020? adidas just so happens to be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Superstar silhouette.
The entire shoe arrives in the standard white shade, but this simple construction has been decorated to celebrate the holiday of love. It's covered in hearts of all different shapes and sizes, and we're spotting colours of pink, red, gold and black. Tiny hearts also feature on the flat white laces.
Alongside the white, there's also a black shoe to add to your collection. A mini shoe is pictured on the side and when you join the shoes together, the soles read "LOVE SUPERSTAR".
Alongside the Superstar's arrive the Stan Smith - and it's a lot more understated. Take your pick from the red or green colour way.
The design remains the same as the original, it just includes some heartfelt accents. What do we mean exactly? Well, the tongue portrait of Stan Smith is decorated with a delicate rose, and this complements the heart graphic splattered inside the shoe.
Did you think that was it? Think again.
adidas is dropping an additional two styles - another Stan Smith and the popular Continental 80.
You've got the standard crisp white leather, but it's been decorated with a love heart themed Trefoil logo. It's been added on the rear-quarter of the Stan Smith and the heel tab of the Continental 80. We're also loving the gold accents and the bright red insole.
When can you get your hands on the entire Valentine's Day collection? A US release date has been set as the 1 February. We're hoping it will reach Aussie stores a week or two after that, but it definitely should be before the 14 February.
