Two iconic adidas styles, the Superstar and Stan Smith, have joined forces.

Calling all sneaker fanatics!

To celebrate the Superstar's 50th birthday, adidas is releasing a brand new shoe and you need to know about it.

The iconic silhouette is merging with another super popular adidas shoe – the Stan Smith. That's right, the sportswear brand is creating a hybrid sneaker and we are obsessed with the idea.

It's called the Superstan.

So, what's the construction like? You've got the Superstar's signature sole and the Stan Smith's bold upper.

Release date: This pair of kicks is available to shop right now. Run, don't walk – we don't know how long these are going to be around for.

Price: $170

Where to shop: adidas. We're not sure if the style is going to reach any stockists. In the meantime, you can shop the brand from stores like JD Sports and HYPE DC.

The sneaker's upper is dressed in premium white leather, combined with the Superstar's shell toe. The perforated Three Stripes branding is featured on the side of the shoe.

Staying true to the Stan Smith roots, adidas has chosen to include the signature icon on the tongue tag and heel. We're also loving the raw-edged tongue and leather sock liner – it makes the sneaker look unique and we are here for it.
