Following a slew of iconic drops by the duo, adidas Originals and Star Wars have collaborated once again on a pair of sneakers that you're going to want to snap up immediately.
This time, the Rivalry Hi silhouette has gotten a hair-raising makeover in reference to our favourite Wookie, Chewbacca, and they're every bit as fun as you'd imagine.

Arriving in neutral tones of "Raw Desert", "Mesa" and "Chalk White", the exterior of the hightop sneaker is covered in faux fur for an immediately recognisable character reference.
Further elements meanwhile help bring the shoe to life, such as an adornment on the front in the style of Chewbacca's belt from The Empire Strikes Back.
Silver lace locks with alternating words "Star" and "Wars" give the shoes some extra embellishment, while Chewie himself features on the sock liners.
A debossed Trefoil logo on the heel and themed tongue tags round out the design.
Dropping onto the adidas Australia site from 22 October, the furry kicks are the perfect companion for rescue missions and competitive games of holographic chess alike. The sneakers will also come complete with Star Wars packaging and a special edition collector's poster, giving you plenty of reason to snap them up.
The Rivalry His will be available in unisex sizes and will retail for $240, which is around what we would expect for a pair of limited edition kicks.
The sneakers follow a pair of Skywalker Stan Smiths that were released back in July. The designs are part of an ongoing collection between adidas and Star Wars in celebration of the 40th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back.
