We did some snooping on the gram and are completely convinced Abbie Chatfield is about to drop her own fashion label.

Here I was, ever so innocently scrolling through Instagram when a stunning image from Abbie Chatfield's Instagram photo made its way onto my feed.

Pictured was a close up of some gorge orange ribbed flares which I immediately wanted within my own wardrobe. Upon clicking on Abbie's IG, I was pleased to see an additional 8 images all close ups of bright ribbed clothing pieces.

Curiosity and excitement ensued. Abbie, what could this mean? What are you trying to tell us?

Among the images was also a post of the definition of the word 'Verbose'. It was at this point the penny dropped.

The queen is launching her own fashion label.

Now because I'm a sticky beak with a crippling shopping addiction, I investigated further.

Going to Abbie's following list and searching 'verbose' showed the Instagram account @VerboseTheLabel. Jackpot.

The account has 3 posts (none of which are clothes yet) and is followed by some of Abbie's friends. However, the most interesting piece of evidence would be that the account is following one person and one person only: Abbie Chatfield.

If Abbie's instagram is anything to go by the label will launch with 4 key pieces (we think):

  • Orange ribbed flares and top set
  • A lilac purple ribbed set
  • A hot pink ribbed dress
  • A blue buttoned ribbed top or dress - too early to tell on this one.

Abbie is an absolute power house and business woman. She launched her own sex toy with Vush, a swimwear collection with RAQ Apparel, has her own radio show and a top charting podcast. Launching her very own clothing label just makes sense and we cannot wait to see exactly what the pieces look like.

My wallet is ready, Abbie. Your move.
