You're going to need more than Pokeballs to catch this one.

The Rock-Type wolf Pokemon Lycanroc will look a little different when it comes to Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon later this year. As announced by The Pokemon Company, a new Dusk form of Lycanroc will make its appearance in the upcoming games, with different eyes and body to the Midday and Midnight forms found in the original Pokemon Sun and Moon.

As with its previous forms, Dusk-form Lycanroc can't be found simply hanging out in tall grass. Acquiring this new Pokemon will require a little more effort, though The Pokemon Company has not yet revealed exactly what Trainers will need to do to add the cute canine to their team. Given unlocking the Midday and Midnight forms of Lycanroc in Pokemon Sun and Moon required levelling up the Pokemon Rockruff during the day and night respectively, it's likely triggering its Dusk form will involve a similar kind of conditional evolution.

Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will launch on Nintendo 3DS 17 November.
