This Jetstar sale sees domestic fares plummet to $19
With 200,000 seats to snap up, surely one of them has your name on it?
UPDATE 3pm: All the $19 fares have been snapped up! But there are still thousands of other domestic fares on sale, starting at $35.
State and territory borders are opening up and Jetstar is making sure you take advantage of this wonderful news by helping you explore the country for cheap.
How cheap you ask? $19 a pop.
For this price you can jet on any 1 of 22 domestic routes between July and October this year. Some popular routes on sale for $19 are:
- Sydney – Adelaide
- Melbourne – Adelaide
- Gold Coast – Melbourne
- Sydney – Brisbane
- Melbourne – Sydney
- Melbourne – Sunshine Coast
- Sydney – Ballina Byron
- Sydney – Proserpine
All up there are 10,000 seats on sale for $19 each way.
The sale doesn't stop there. All up there are 200,000 seats on sale. This across 15 destinations across NSW, Queensland, Victoria, Northern Territory and South Australia.
Other fares include: Adelaide-Brisbane from $65 and Adelaide-Cairns from $69 each way. Here's the full list to get those wanderlust wheels turning.
NSW and Victoria's borders are open and the Northern Territory is opening its on 17 July.
However, right now South Australia's is only allowing Western Australians, Tasmanians and Northern Territorians in. Queensland has yet to open its borders, too.
While this may change by the time you fly, it's a good idea to keep your holiday flexible. To help, Jetstar has a Fly Flexible policy which allows you to make one free date change on new bookings made by 30 June and for journeys by 31 October.
This works out perfectly for this sale by the way as eligible travel dates are from 14 July to 17 September and then from 6 October to 31 October 2020.
While this rules the peak school holiday period out, you can book yourself in for a late winter escape or a warming spring one. Either way, we're singing.
Flights are on sale from 9am on 19 June until midnight 22 June, unless seats sell out. With 200,000 seats slashed there's a good chance you can bag the one you want.
